-The guaranty period begins from the date of sale of the product and is valid for (2) two years.
-All parts of your products are under quaranty of our company.
-During the guaranty period, time that is lost for maintenance, repair and modification will be added to your quaranty. The period of repair of our products is maximum (30) thirty business days. In the absence of the service station, time of repair would start from the date of notification to someone in the product vendor, dealer, agent, representative, importer or producer.
-During the guaranty period, If the failure of your product occur due to materials or workmanship or assembly errors, there would not be any charge for repairs, spare parts and labor costs at the time of the maintenance.
-Failure caused by breach of user guide will not be covered by the guaranty

* Cases That is Not Covered Under Guaranty

- Boiling or cleaning your product with acidic subtances that contains sodium hypochlorite (such as bleach)
-Rubing the stainless steel products with hard materials that will scratch the product.
- Failure caused by incorrect usage or when using the product for different purposes.
- Repairing our products by the unauthorized person or organization.
- Failure caused by using the product agaisnt the product user guide.
- Damages caused Due to external factors (hitting, droping, etc..)
- Damages caused by leaving the product on the stove for long periods of time until the product is burned.
