While Using Sofram Products

*The issues that should be considered while using Sofram products:

-Do not leave your product on the stove without any liquid. In such situations, please turn of the stove and leave the product itself and let it cool off. Do not
allow a direct cotact between the over heated product and water.
-It is recommend that the amount you'll cook in your product, should not exceed the ideal fill line located inside of your product.
-Please make sure that your stove is set to a low level, when you are preparing meals with lack of liquid.
-Please choose stove size that you will use, according to the dimesion of your product's base.Overflow of the flame beyond the product's base will damage the body, handle and accessories of your product. It will also increase the consumption of energy and time.
-We recomend you to use protective gloves to avoid any burn from hot surfaces
-Do not use the oven for the plastic, bakelite, and silicone containing products.
